All registered scouts are obligated to pay $15 fee on the first day of class. Those who register and don't show are depriving other scouts of attending the classes they were registered for. Registration is by troop or individial approved by the Scoutmaster. A scout may select his first 5 choices. Depending on available classes, the scout may get as many as 4 merit Badges.
